I admit, I’m damn tired, I’m thanking my lucky stars I’m not working tmr, though there are lotsa things that need to get done.
Bike :: 15 mins (legs started cramping)
Abs :: 120 sit-ups & 100 rotations
Thighs & Back
CrossTrainer :: 30 mins
