Tuesday :: 30 mins Run/Jog/ Walk



Wednesday :: Cross Trainer – 30 mins, L6,  4km, 300cals lost

                      Bit of arms

      
               120
sit ups and 40 torso twists




I did wanna do more but there were these idiots hogging the machines.
