Slow Poke February 28, 2006

I’ve been kinda busy and am gonna stay busy so it’s been hard to make myself go to an overcrowded gym at least twice a week. Last night, I was right there…right at the gym…. but I hadn’t eaten all day so I got Beef Noodles and headed home instead. Since I had plenty of pent up energy (due to stress) I went for a quick run. The first 10 mins felt so good then my shoulder started to pinch and I started to walk and my knees got weak… struggled to make it home in one piece. Ate at lightning speed but I was pleased. I got off my ass, it counts right? My Dad says I need to pace myself cos I’m no longer a sprinter and take better breaths. I shall try.
