Seems like all I needed was 45 mins on the crosstrainer to feel normal again .

Oh and all dog lovers should read this, it’s so funny it makes me giggle on the train!

 
Thursday
Cycle – 15 mins 76cals
Crosstrainer – 45 mins 400cals
 
Wed
Run/Walk – 2.5km, 25 mins. Slow Poke lah I know lah.
