EVIL = Guillermo Vargas Habacuc April 23, 2008

Posted by Marie in Sob Story.

In the 2007, the ‘artist’ Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took a dog from the street, he tied him to a rope in an art gallery, starving him to death.

For several days, the ‘artist’ and the visitors of the exhibition have watched emotionless the shameful ‘masterpiece’ based on the dog’s agony, until eventually he died.

Does it look like art to you?!!!

But this is not all… the prestigious Visual Arts Biennial of the Central American decided that the ‘installation’ was actually art, so that Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his cruel action for the biennial of 2008.

Please do it.

It’s free of charge and it will only take 1 minute to save the life of an innocent creature.

Since Visual Arts Biennial of the Central American decided that the \’installation\’ was actually art, might we suggest that we tie Guillermo Vargas Habacuc to be the subject matter.  I think that would bring in the crowds if contraversy is what they are looking for.  I\’m sure most will pay big bucks to see him starve to death.
Or better yet, why not get his family and the members of the VABCA\’s family to be tied up and starve to death for all the world to see.  Since they obviously don\’t have a conscience, it will be no big deal to them.

Didn\’t he say the dog didn\’t want to eat anyway? And that it would have died anyway on on the streets, although I do admit that tying an innocent dog to a wall in an art gallery is a bit extreme.
Guillermo Vargas Habacuc also said that no one who came into the gallery did anything but applaud or "watch disturbed".

i agree with sharkbait, that this was an absolutely horrible thing to do, and this person has obviously no compassion or conscience. i can not understand how someone could even think about doing doing this, let alone performing the act and then live, knowing you have cruelly taken away an innocent and defenceless creature\’s life. i ca\’t even tell if it is a man or woman, but whatever it is ,t hey shuld starve.

Don\’t believe everything you read. When America accused China of allowing lead in their exported products did we ever hear anything else about it? NO, but like in this case we were wrong. Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, apparently used this "art" as a means to bring the idea of hypocrisy to people, and the info distributed was fake, the dog was fed and it later escaped. Please if you take nothing else from this take this; when you walk past a starving person or animal, think of this. She was right, the entire world was outraged at the idea of a single animal starving, however millions of animals are starving all the time and YOU DON"T GIVE A SECOND THOUGHT; you all make me sick.
